Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there is no lock-in contract. You can stop using it whenever you like.
Does it support GST and HSN codes?
Yes. Add HSN codes and a tax rate to each product, and invoices calculate tax per line item automatically.
Can I add my own logo and business details to invoices?
Yes. Set your company name, logo, address, phone and GSTIN once in Settings, and they appear on every invoice you print.
Is my data secure?
Every account is verified by an emailed code and approved by us before it is switched on. Passwords are stored encrypted, repeated wrong log-ins lock the account for 15 minutes, the whole site runs over HTTPS, and each business can only ever see its own clients and invoices.
How do I pay for Zuo CRM?
Pay by Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app, then enter the transaction number on the Subscription page inside the app. We confirm it and switch on your plan, usually within a few hours.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone, so there is nothing to install or update.
Can I track leads before they become paying clients?
